BRITE LITE PINE

Mouth Blown, Hand Painted and Glittered in Poland. It was many years ago, in a winter covered by the deepest blanket of snow we have ever know between the polar zones, I found myself turned around deep within the forest. I looked to no avail for the markers left earlier on the trail, or for another path that could be shorter, as my feet grew heavy and my heart beat stronger. The long afternoon dimmed to twilight and then quickly fell to a moonless night. Not a sound could be heard, except for the pounding in my ears and chest, as I tried to keep steady with measured breaths. I prayed for peace with whatever was to be next. All the Lords creatures were safely asleep at home. I was lost in the dark and all alone. Then suddenly the Brite Lite Pine arose and shone. It was the most welcome sight I have ever known. The memory remains magical and cherished, of twinkling lights shining in a brilliant chorus. A gold glittering snow cap trimmed tree, appearing in the dark to save me. Thankful,I promised share this story so that others who are lost can have faith, find their Brite Lite, and follow, rejoicing in many happy tomorrows.
