Do you have more than one location?
At this time, we have one location at 907 Front Street in the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth, WA – just about two hours east of Seattle. We are proud to be the premier Christmas shop in the Pacific Northwest and would love to have you visit.

What is your history?
Carl Evans has proudly owned and operated Kris Kringl for the past 30+ years. Please read more about our shop on the About Us page. The City of Leavenworth offers a summary of the history of Leavenworth and The Leavenworth Echo, our local newspaper, captures history in the making of our town as it unfolds.
Do you offer layaway?
We are pleased to offer a convenient way to make your holiday wishes come true with our extended payment plan. To start your layaway, we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the product on the day that your account is set up. You will receive a copy of your layaway invoice showing payment received and balance remaining.
We ask that you make regular monthly payments to ensure that your purchases may be picked up or shipped in time for Christmas, or within 6 months of the start date. We will send you a reminder via e-mail with a suggested amount to pay each month. If we have not receive any additional payment from you for a period of 2 months, we will contact you to determine if you would like to cancel your layaway. If you wish to retain your layaway we will expect payment within 30 days of contact.
If you opt to cancel, or if we do not receive an additional payment in 30 days, your items will be returned to stock. If you cancel or if we do not receive payment, we will assess a 25% restocking charge, based on the total amount of your layaway. You will receive an in-store credit for any additional amount paid.

What credit cards do you take?
We take American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We accept all major forms of digital payments (ie Apple Pay) as well in our store.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not offer a catalog at this time, but we are working to represent everything available in store on our website. If there is something specific you are looking for that you do not see on www.kriskringl.com, please call the shop at 509-548-6867.
Additionally, we are happy to try and order something that may be out of stock, particularly from Alexander Taron, Ditz Designs, Fontanini, Mueller, Roman, Sullivans – just give us a call.
What days are you closed?
Our website operates 365 days a year and our shop in Leavenworth, WA is open Mondays through Sundays with the exception of Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy is that merchandise may be exchanged, returned for an in-store credit, or refunded up to 30 days from the date on your receipt. Special orders and sale items are non-returnable. All returns must be received back undamaged and within 30 days from our date of shipping to you.
In the event that you ordered a piece in error, we will happily exchange it for you. To implement the exchange, you must return the item to us undamaged with clear information as to what you require along with the receipt. The new piece will be shipped the least expensive way and shipping will be charged.
Any changes to an order received after it has been shipped will be treated as an exchange and the re-ship will be charged to you. Any returns for any reason will be subject to our return policy.

What is your shipping policy?
If you do not have a physical address for us to ship to, then we suggest you have your order shipped to your work, a friend, or family member.
We cannot guarantee the availability and/or quantity of your purchase due to sales going on at the same time in the store. We make every effort possible to remove items from the website that are no longer available. If we have run out of an item you ordered, you will be notified as quickly as possible by email.
We do not offer discounts of any kind with the exception of our on-sale items. If you would like to expedite shipping please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will respond with the appropriate charges prior to shipping.
We take great care in packaging all items for shipment and insure them; however, in the event that any damage should occur, please file a claim and we will work to replace your item ASAP.

What information do we collect? How do we use it? We collect the domain name of email addresses of visitors to our site and aggregate (not personally identifiable) information on what pages visitors access.
