Oktoberfest in Leavenworth
Holy Schnitzel!
September 30-October 1, October 7-8, October 14-15
Oktoberfest returns this October with longstanding traditions of music, dancing, and the ceremonial tapping of the kegs! This year we have new exciting changes and enhancements to Oktoberfest bringing the event throughout the town, with two fully programmed venues (beer gardens) located at the Leavenworth Festhalle and at Front Street Park. Sit under our clear topped tent enjoying tasty beers, lively music and mountain views for days! With the outdoor dining and Oktoberfest celebrations happening at many establishments those weekends, you can literally celebrate Oktoberfest the way you want anywhere in town!
We are especially excited to bring our local breweries including Icicle Brewing Co., Doghaus Brewing, and Blewett Brewing into the event to pour their beers (including a collaborative ale they are creating just for us) and we’ll have those classic imports from Germany too! For the kiddos a Kinderplatz has been added, with activities, games, and a root beer garden just for them.
After a three-year hiatus, it’s time to grab your best trachten (traditional Bavarian garments) and make plans to celebrate Oktoberfest in America’s unofficial Bavarian capital.
Tickets go on sale in August so stay tuned for more info. and we hope to see you between Oktoberfest activities at Kris Kringl - "Where It's Christmas All Year Long!"
