Family-owned since 1986, Kris Kringl has spent 40 years bringing Christmas joy to our community and visitors from near and far. Our two-story, 6,000-square-foot store features an extraordinary assortment of ornaments, nutcrackers, collectibles, holiday décor, and specialty gifts from beloved brands and artists.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of a distinctive, independent retail business. Working directly with the owner, you’ll lead the team, shape the customer experience, oversee daily operations, and help ensure Kris Kringl continues to thrive as a must-visit destination in Leavenworth.

This is an opportunity for a retail manager who wants more than simply keeping the doors open and the shelves stocked. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business, develop a strong leadership team, improve systems, influence sales performance, and bring creative ideas to life.

You’ll balance the big picture with the details: building a dependable team, maintaining exceptional merchandising standards, preparing for seasonal peaks, developing the Assistant Manager, and making sure every guest experiences the warmth and wonder that make Kris Kringl special.

You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work in partnership with the owner and Assistant Manager, with an emphasis on clear communication, thoughtful delegation, shared goals, and a team culture where people feel valued and empowered to do their best work.
