    I had already bought this for my grandson, but the tree fell over and it broke. This is a replacement. I had been to the store 4 or 5 times and it was never in stock. Someone told me to look online and I was able to find it. The packaging was great, however the shipping price if $20 was ridiculous and I wouldn’t have paid it, if my daughter wasn’t so heart broken about the original one braking. I also asked for it to be personalized, which it wasn’t. So now I have to figure that out. So the ornament itself is good but everything else surrounding the sale was either extensive or not complete. Not sure I will be ordering ever again unless some things change.
