Mann is a jolly snowman, who is a fine representative for his snowflake filled clan. He lives within a few snowball throws from the outer North Pole, in a village where he knows every soul. Stan has been the mayor for as long as anyone can recall. He has a door-less open air office on the corner of Ivy and Main, where no hours are posted and none are maintained. He is usually found there chatting and ready to entertain, greeting travelers and citizens from dawn until nightfall, in between breaks for sled rides or games of snowballs.
