Every tadpole and small fry is all agog and wide-eyed, when Freddie agilely long jumps and flies. Every time he leaps his strong arms and lithe thighs, appear to touch the moon and sky. Our peppy friend is ever revved and ready, to leap off the nearest ledge and jetty, and dip into the closest pond or eddy. With a ribit and a wit that are hearty, Freddie is the life of every party, always arriving with pockets full of confetti, and bearing gifts to be shared like cappelletti, fresh spaghetti, or a jar of his favorite cherry jelly. Sporting the belly of a cuddly teddy, Beetles and grasshoppers have no fear when this frog is near. While this blokes likes lemon flavored artichokes, the thought of eating insects makes him gag and choke. Freddie favors all foods flour based and bready, nibbling on the likes of banana bread or Brown Betty.
